1. About this Privacy Policy

Plus 1 Ads is operated by Jerry Iannucci. In this Privacy Policy, "Plus 1 Ads," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Jerry Iannucci and the Plus 1 Ads service.

This Policy applies to information collected through Plus 1 Ads websites, member accounts, Discovery, Directory, Search, Profiles, Program pages, Results, referral tracking, Program Owner features, Account Balance, paid services, support, and other Plus 1 Ads features.

Our rules for using the service are explained separately in our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use Plus 1 Ads. It may include the following categories.

Account information

• name, email address, username, password or password-related account data;
• account status, membership level, registration date, login activity, and account preferences;
• your Plus 1 Ads sponsor and referral-attribution information.

Profile, Program, and sponsor information

• Profile details, avatar or profile image, biography, recommendations, and other information you choose to provide;
• Programs saved to your Portfolio, Active or promoted Programs, referral URLs, notes, organization settings, and related Program information;
• Program Owner claims, verification information, owner-provided Program information, and management activity;
• information used to show you or another member as a sponsor for a Program.

Activity and measurement information

• Discovery views, Program views, saves, sponsor choices, referral visits, clicks, and other actions within Plus 1 Ads;
• Results, reporting history, Program activity, and other measurements generated from use of the service;
• IP address, browser and device information, referring page, timestamps, session information, and basic server logs;
• information used to detect duplicate activity, abuse, automated traffic, fraud, or technical problems.

Payment and financial records

• purchase amount, product or membership purchased, transaction identifier, payment status, renewal status, and related billing records;
• Account Balance deposits, balances, purchases, credits, adjustments, and transaction history;
• referral commissions, commission adjustments, withdrawal requests, and payout records;
• payment proof or related information you voluntarily provide for a manual deposit or payment review.

Communications and support

• support requests, emails, messages, and information you provide when asking for help;
• responses to account, ownership, payment, fraud, or other verification requests.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate Plus 1 Ads and provide the features members expect. This includes using information to:

• create and maintain member accounts;
• provide Discovery, Directory, Search, Profiles, Portfolio, Program pages, sponsor choices, and Results;
• remember referral attribution and direct Plus 1 Ads sponsor relationships;
• process purchases, subscriptions, Account Balance activity, commissions, and payouts;
• verify Program Owner claims and support owner-managed Program information;
• send account, billing, security, support, service, and other appropriate email communications;
• measure activity and improve Program discovery, sponsor presentation, reporting, and the overall member experience;
• detect fraud, duplicate accounts, manipulation, automated activity, security problems, and violations of our Terms;
• respond to support requests, disputes, billing questions, and legal obligations;
• maintain records reasonably needed to operate and protect the service.

4. Information that may be public

Plus 1 Ads includes public Profiles, Program pages, sponsor choices, Program Owner information, and other public-facing features. Information you choose to place in a public area can be viewed by other people and may be indexed or copied outside Plus 1 Ads.

Depending on the feature and your settings, public information may include your name, username, avatar or profile image, Profile text, Programs you publicly support or promote, recommendations, sponsor information, referral links, Program Owner identity, and owner-provided Program information.

5. Cookies, referral tracking, and similar technology

Plus 1 Ads uses cookies and similar browser or server-side technology where reasonably needed to operate the service. These technologies may be used to keep you logged in, remember preferences, maintain sessions, attribute referrals, measure visits and activity, prevent abuse, and support Results and other reporting.

You can usually control cookies through your browser. Blocking or deleting cookies may prevent some Plus 1 Ads features from working correctly, including login, referral attribution, preferences, or measurement.

Third-party service providers or features used by Plus 1 Ads may receive ordinary technical information, such as an IP address, browser information, or a request for a resource, when their service is used or loaded.

6. Payments and Account Balance

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. When a payment provider handles a transaction, it receives the information needed to process that payment under its own privacy practices.

Plus 1 Ads may receive and keep transaction information such as your name or payer identifier, email address, transaction ID, amount, date, payment status, product purchased, subscription status, and other information needed to apply or reconcile the payment.

Plus 1 Ads may also keep Account Balance records, manual deposit records, proof of payment you submit, commission records, and payout information needed to maintain accurate financial and account records.

We do not need or ask members to send full payment-card numbers through Plus 1 Ads support or public forms. If a payment service collects card or bank information directly, that information is handled by the payment service according to its own terms and privacy policy.

7. When information may be shared

We do not disclose personal information simply because another company would like to market to our members. Information may be shared in the following situations.

Service providers

We may use companies or services that help us host the site, send email, process payments, provide infrastructure, protect against abuse, store data, or perform other functions needed to operate Plus 1 Ads. They may receive information reasonably necessary to perform those services.

Public features and member-directed sharing

Information you publish to a public Profile, Program page, sponsor listing, Program Owner area, or other public feature is shared as part of that feature. We may also disclose information when you ask or authorize us to do so.

Legal, safety, and fraud matters

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, enforce our Terms, investigate fraud or abuse, protect the security of Plus 1 Ads, or protect the rights or safety of members, visitors, the operator, or other people.

Business transfer

If Plus 1 Ads is sold, transferred, reorganized, or continued by another operator, account and business records may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and the privacy commitments in effect at that time.

8. Sale of personal information and third-party advertising

Plus 1 Ads does not sell or rent member personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or other companies for their own independent marketing.

We do not provide a member list to third parties so they can market unrelated products or services to Plus 1 Ads members.

If these practices ever materially change, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any choices required by applicable law will be provided before the new practice is applied where required.

9. Do Not Track and third-party tracking

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no single universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to every Do Not Track signal, Plus 1 Ads does not currently change its normal service operation in response to a browser Do Not Track header.

Plus 1 Ads does not authorize third-party advertising networks to use the service to build profiles of members across unrelated websites for behavioral advertising. Service providers and third-party features may still receive technical information as described in this Policy when their services are used.

10. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and transaction history, support Results and Program history, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting obligations, and protect Plus 1 Ads.

Different information may be kept for different periods. Some records may remain in backups, security logs, transaction history, commission records, or other archives after an account is closed when there is a legitimate reason to keep them.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or otherwise dispose of it.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the size and nature of Plus 1 Ads to help protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No website, database, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for choosing a strong password, keeping your login information private, and contacting Support if you believe your account has been compromised.

12. Your choices and account information

You can review or update many account, Profile, Portfolio, referral, and Program details through the appropriate Plus 1 Ads pages.

You may choose not to publish optional Profile or Program information. Removing public information may stop future display, but copies may remain temporarily in caches, backups, logs, or records that we reasonably need to retain.

You may opt out of promotional or optional email where an unsubscribe option is provided. We may still send account, billing, security, support, service, or other messages reasonably necessary to operate your account.

To request help reviewing, correcting, or deleting information that you cannot manage yourself, contact Plus 1 Ads Support. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

13. Privacy rights under applicable law

Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to Plus 1 Ads, you may have rights concerning your personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, or information about certain uses or disclosures.

Plus 1 Ads will honor privacy rights that apply to the service under applicable law. Requests may be submitted through Support. We may verify your identity and may retain information when the law permits or requires us to do so, including transaction, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and legal records.

14. Children

Plus 1 Ads is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Plus 1 Ads account.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through member accounts. If we learn that an underage person has created an account or provided personal information in violation of our Terms, we may close the account and remove the information as appropriate.

15. Third-party websites and services

Plus 1 Ads links to Programs, payment providers, member referral links, and other websites or services that we do not operate. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

When you leave Plus 1 Ads or use a third-party service, review that service's privacy information if you want to understand how it collects and uses your data.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Plus 1 Ads, our service providers, our data practices, or applicable laws change.

The current version will be posted on Plus 1 Ads with its effective date. When a change is material, we may also provide notice through the member area, email, or another reasonable method.
