What is Plus 1 Ads?
Plus 1 Ads is a discovery and referral network for Internet marketers. It helps people discover programs worth exploring, learn who supports them, and choose a sponsor they feel comfortable joining under.
For members, regular participation creates opportunities for the programs they support to be discovered through them.
What should I do after I join?
Start with Today's Discovery. Explore 7 programs, save anything that interests you, and get a feel for how Plus 1 Ads works.
When you're ready, add your referral details for programs you support and choose the program you want Plus 1 Ads helping you promote. After that, your routine is simple: return, complete Today's Discovery, and let Plus 1 Ads handle the rest.
Do I need an Active Program before I can use Discovery?
No. You can complete Discovery before choosing an Active Program.
When you later choose a program to promote, Plus 1 Ads can use your current participation for that program as long as it is still current.

What is Today's Discovery?
Today's Discovery is the simple daily activity that keeps your participation current. Explore 7 programs, one at a time, and you're done for the day.
Why are there 7 Discovery views?
Seven Discovery views give you enough variety to make Discovery useful without turning it into a grind.
When you reach 7 of 7, Plus 1 Ads shows Discovery Complete. You're done for the day unless you want to keep exploring.
What is Keep Exploring?
Keep Exploring lets you continue browsing after Today's Discovery is complete. Use it whenever you want to find more programs, compare sponsors, save something interesting, or simply see more of what's happening across Plus 1 Ads.
What happens if I miss a day?
Missing a day is okay. Plus 1 Ads gives you some breathing room. If your participation needs attention, your Dashboard will let you know.
Complete Today's Discovery to bring your participation current again.
What do Discovery Active, Needs Refresh, and Discovery Paused mean?
Discovery Active means your recent participation is currently supporting your program's visibility. Needs Refresh means it is time to complete Discovery again. Discovery Paused means your participation is no longer supporting your program's visibility.
Your Active Program stays selected even if Discovery pauses. Complete Today's Discovery to resume.

What is my Active Program?
Your Active Program is the main program you have chosen for Plus 1 Ads to help you promote. It stays selected until you change it.
Complete Today's Discovery regularly to keep your participation current.
Can I change my Active Program?
Yes. You can change your Active Program whenever your focus changes. Your current participation follows the program you choose, so you can change direction without starting over.
How many programs can Plus 1 Ads help me promote?
Free members can have Plus 1 Ads help promote one program at a time. Plus 1 Ads Pro members can maintain a promoted lineup of up to five programs.
Pro is designed for marketers who actively work with several programs and want a broader promotion lineup.
Do I need valid referral details before promoting a program?
Yes. Plus 1 Ads needs usable referral information before it can send someone to a program through you. If a program needs referral details, your Portfolio and Program page will help you identify that before you make it part of your promotion.
What if the program I want is not listed?
Use Add a Program from your member area to submit it. Once the program is available in Plus 1 Ads, you can add it to your Portfolio, enter your referral details, and choose it for promotion.

What is my Portfolio?
Your Portfolio is where you keep programs you support, may want to promote, or simply want to remember. It keeps your referral details and your relationship with each program in one place.
Does saving a program automatically promote it?
No. Saving a program adds it to your Portfolio. Promotion is a separate choice. Free members choose one Active Program, while Pro members can manage a broader promoted lineup.
What extra Portfolio tools come with Pro?
Pro adds tools for serious multi-program management, including private notes, collections, personal program status, pinning, advanced filtering and sorting, deeper Results context, and management of your promoted lineup.

How does Plus 1 Ads choose which sponsors to show?
Plus 1 Ads uses current participation and relevant sponsor relationships to present a small set of useful sponsor choices while keeping opportunity fair.
A public Program page shows up to three people at a time, and the visitor decides who they want to join under.
Why does Plus 1 Ads show people instead of only referral links?
Because sponsors are people. Plus 1 Ads helps visitors see the person behind a recommendation so they can make a more confident sponsor choice.
Does my Plus 1 Ads sponsor relationship ever change?
Your direct Plus 1 Ads sponsor is meant to remain with your account. It only changes when administration needs to correct a genuine sponsorship error. That relationship is separate from which program you are currently promoting.
Can my direct Plus 1 Ads sponsor appear as a sponsor for another program?
Yes. If your direct Plus 1 Ads sponsor supports that program and has valid referral details, Plus 1 Ads may include that person as a personalized sponsor choice for you. This lets Plus 1 Ads honor an existing sponsor relationship when it is relevant.
Does Plus 1 Ads guarantee that I will get referrals?
No. Plus 1 Ads creates legitimate opportunities for participating members to be discovered and chosen. It cannot guarantee that a visitor will choose you or that a referral visit will turn into a signup.

Understanding the activity Plus 1 Ads can measure for you.
What does the Results page show me?
Results is designed to show evidence of useful activity around your Plus 1 Ads marketing. Depending on the activity available, that can include program appearances, sponsor interest or choices, referral visits, and program-level trends.
Free members see the core Results view. Pro adds longer history, deeper program breakdowns, comparisons, and more Network Intelligence.
Why don't my Results always show actual program signups?
Plus 1 Ads can reliably measure what happens inside Plus 1 Ads and when someone follows a referral link. What happens after a visitor leaves for another website may not be visible to Plus 1 Ads.
A referral visit is therefore a strong measurable action, but an outside signup may need to be confirmed by the program itself.

How much does Plus 1 Ads Pro cost?
Plus 1 Ads Pro is $12 per month or $120 per year. The annual plan works out to $10 per month and saves $24 compared with twelve monthly payments.
What do I get with Pro?
Pro is built for marketers who work with several programs. Core benefits include:
- Promotion for up to five programs instead of one.
- Advanced Portfolio organization and private notes.
- Expanded Results, comparisons, and network intelligence.
- A personalized Weekly Pro Report.
- Eligibility for outside Plus 1 Ads Profile promotion.
- 40% recurring Plus 1 Ads referral commissions instead of 20%.
How does Pro work with the Plus 1 Ads participation system?
Pro gives you more tools, deeper insight, and a broader lineup of programs to work with. The same fair participation system continues to apply across Plus 1 Ads.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Plus 1 Ads does not use a separate Pro trial. Free membership lets you use the real network, complete Discovery, build your Portfolio, promote a program, and see the core Results experience before deciding whether Pro fits the way you market.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade from Pro?
Your account returns to Free when your paid Pro access ends. Your Portfolio programs, referral relationships, history, and accumulated Pro organization are preserved.
Your primary Active Program remains your Free promoted program. Additional promoted programs return to normal Portfolio status, Pro-only tools become unavailable or read-only, the Weekly Pro Report and outside Profile promotion stop, and future qualifying commissions return to the Free 20% rate.
Payments & Commissions

How can I pay for Plus 1 Ads Pro?
Available checkout choices are shown when you upgrade. Plus 1 Ads supports PayPal and Account Balance where available.
What is my Account Balance?
Account Balance lets you add funds to your Plus 1 Ads account and use those funds for supported purchases instead of paying directly through PayPal each time.
The Account Balance page shows the funding methods currently available to you, your balance, recent activity, and the status of any deposit that is still waiting for approval.
Why is an Account Balance deposit showing as pending?
Some funding methods require manual verification before the money is added to your available balance. If so, Plus 1 Ads records your submission as pending until it is reviewed and approved.
How much do I earn for referring Plus 1 Ads members?
Free members earn 20% recurring commissions on qualifying Plus 1 Ads payments from their referrals. Pro members earn 40% recurring commissions.
If a Pro sponsor later returns to Free, the referrals remain theirs; future qualifying commissions use the 20% Free rate. Restoring Pro restores the 40% rate for future qualifying payments.
Can someone else replace me as a referral's Plus 1 Ads sponsor later?
Normally, no. Commission attribution follows the member's established permanent Plus 1 Ads sponsor relationship. A later promotional click does not overwrite an existing sponsor relationship.

What is my public Plus 1 Ads Profile?
Your public Profile gives visitors a human view of the marketer behind the referral links. It can show who you are, what people can expect from you, and the programs you support or recommend.
The goal is to help visitors get to know the marketer behind the recommendation and make a more confident sponsor choice.
Where does my profile picture come from?
Plus 1 Ads can use your Gravatar based on your account email address. If no Gravatar is available, the site can use an initials-based fallback so your account still has a recognizable identity.
Where do I update my account or Profile?
Use Manage Your Profile to review your account information and update the details that help people get to know you on Plus 1 Ads.
How can I share Plus 1 Ads?
Open Promote & Share from your member area. You can share Plus 1 Ads itself, your public Profile, or a program from your Portfolio, depending on what you want people to discover.
How do I get help if my question is not answered here?
